We're really sorry to hear that ! All of our products, with the exception of final sale items, can be returned and refunded.

We have a 7 day return and refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request for a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or a proof of purchase.

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Refunds: I'm not happy with the product

In the unlikely event that you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please drop us an email at theinvisiblevibez@gmail.com. In the email, attach proof of your original purchase, and 2-3 images clearly showing the product defect. A member of our customer service team will get back to you within a business day and guide you through the rest of the process. 

Refunds: The product is damaged/defective

Thank you so much for placing an order with us! The processing and shipping times depend on the items that you have purchased. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, and more periodic updates as soon as your order is on its way.

Specific shipping times are available on the respective product pages, but we try to ensure a maximum shipping time of 6-9 business days with a deviation of 2-3 days. We guarantee a full refund upon request, if a delivery attempt has not been made by then.

The shipping fee varies based on your location, and you'll be able to access this on the checkout page. We try to keep shipping fees as low as possible, and free shipping is available for orders over $60.

We strive to deliver items as soon as possible. If your order is sent in multiple packages, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation for each one. Your order total will not be affected by this.
